As core structural components for residential, commercial, and modular buildings, our products are fully compliant with Australian standards: timber uses MGP10/MGP12 pine or LVL; steel is G550 galvanised light gauge, meeting AS 1604 and AS 1397. Structural designs satisfy AS 1170 loading and AS 4055 cyclone requirements, with optional fire certification. Roof trusses span up to 18m; wall frames adapt to standard heights with pre punched services; floor trusses support over 2.5kPa.

Fully prefabricated with CNC precision (±1.5mm), our systems cut on site installation time by 60%. Integrated designs include pre channelled utility runs and insulation anchors, fully compatible with Simpson Strong Tie and other local connectors. We provide full compliance support – Engineer Certification and CodeMark – ensuring NCC/AS 1684 adherence.
